Next they were off to 12 cities in the USA, plus Vancouver, Canada; swimming with the dolphins in the Bahamas; 4 cities in Brasil, along with concerts in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Santiago, Chile; and finishing with a Tantra Mantra Retreat in Maya Tulum, Mexico.

"Depth. Soul. Reverence. These are only a mere few of the characteristics that describe the silky singing of Deva Premal....
Into Silence is a collection of some of Premal's most comforting pieces of music, brought together to help listeners embrace meditation practice... Listen, and experience the cleaning inner silence of utter tranquility." -Backroads Music
"Your newest CD Soul In Wonder is so sublime, it's been weaving its way into my soul for the last three weeks. It's breathtakingly beautiful. For me, the most exquisite of all of your oh-so-exquisite CDs... I've never heard such tenderness and love pour so redolently in the resonance of your voice...
Truly God has found a way to sing itself." -Brandon Bays
"Wow! This album reminds me I am a buddha and yes, there is wonder in the world. Miten and Deva Premal have done it again, weaving conciousness, poetry and musical excellence to lift the spirit, lighten your load and raise your heart to the gods."-Amazon, UK
"The Moola Mantra is perhaps their finest album yet, gracefully weaving Deva's transcendently pure voice, sitar, bansuri flute, dotar, tabla, piano, string quartet and ambient electronica into a richly layered tapestry of sacred chants that honor all traditions, religions, creeds and spiritual paths." -Steve Ryals, Ezines
"It seems the latest trend in chanting CDs is to use only one mantra for the whole CD with different tracks further exploring and developing the mantra. For Deva Premal this has resulted in an exquisite recording and a great music soundtrack for yoga, meditation and healing."

Concert Comments: Maya Tulum, Mexico
Namaste my beloveds!!!
Thank you for being who you are and who you are to the world!!
This past year my spiritual journey really started with your concert at Paradise Island in Bimini at the ashram...my daily practice grew....
I must admit that when I saw how many people were there at Maya Tulum, I had doubts on the intensity of the Tantra and how the space would be held. Needless to say that with your 1st satsang I felt the immediate opening....
Everyday my heart burst open with love and bliss..it was only on Wednesday evening that I felt my darkness creep in...the ego of separateness...at 2:30am I awoke and held my heart until the first rays of dawn started to shine in threw the window. I was able to stand in the light of love and be with the darkness and embrace it for the wonderful gift that it is...and share that with my beloved...and feel the magic of her being to also embrace that and also to see it as a gift....
The window of our hearts were opened...and I know that after leaving... the outside world provides plenty of opportunites for us to shut that window...we have set up practices to keep this window open between us and the world. We both realize that we can't do it alone....and that our partnership and love with each other is the key to that space....
I love the way shiva and shakti were able to play....
Manose...the flute sits on our altar...I have picked it up and started to learn how to play it. (Thanks to the internet, I could find the pages showing the fingering charts.) This was the perfect addition to our altar. Rafia...my zorba the buddha...what a wonderful gift you are...I look forward to spending more time with you.
The circle of energy you all are is so magical....I am blessed beyond words to have been in your presence.....when people ask me how it was...I truthfully cannot put it in words...for they would only detract from the experience....

"I have been to your last two concerts at Sydney and was so inspired by your suggestion to begin a Chanting Satsang to extend the blessings of the sound of the divine to all who are ready to hear and join in song, meditation, movement, silence and breath....
"My husband and I are now travelling around NSW joining together with about 30 people at each town we visit. They are in awe and gratitude of the magic , peace and love shared. We have been invited back to all of them to continue to play and chant on monthly intervals.
"We arrive with a simple non denominal alter, flowers, candles, song books ! And my boombox!
"It is absolutely amazing, miraculous, awesome and incredibly exciting to think that neither of us can play harmonium , Sitar, Guitar, Flute nor Tabla, and have never had a singing lesson in our lives... Yet our open heart, passion, desire and eternal commitment to the unfolding of human consciousness is allowing the universe and the divine to still 'do its thing' through us as a Satsang DJ!"

"Yesterday, I received my gift copy of Dakshina. I would like to express my gratitude as this reaches me in a period of physical sickness. Deva Premal's singing always helps to mobilize myself healing powers so it is probably not a coincidence that I won this CD! Thank you again and good luck with everything!"
